Rosmeri Porfírio Da Rocha is a lecturer in atmospheric dynamics and climatology, based in the Department of Atmospheric Science, at the Universidade de Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is also the main point of contact for the Coordinated Regional Climate Downscaling Experiment (CORDEX) South America regional climate simulations. Her areas of research include atmospheric numerical models, climatology, climate change, and studies relating to cyclonic activity over South America-the South Atlantic Ocean.
