Timothy Daly
Dr Timothy Daly works on the ethics and epistemology of human health research and public policy. He holds a PhD in philosophy from the Sorbonne University, Paris (2021). Since July 2021, he has been part of the Academic Coordination of the Fogarty International Center (FIC) mentoring project in the Bioethics programme at FLACSO Argentina. As an interdisciplinary researcher, he uses a situated approach of ‘philosophy in science’ to address the ethical and epistemological issues raised by innovation. He won a grant from the Fondation Médéric Alzheimer (2019-2021) to reward his studies on dementia in research ethics and public policy.
