Bapentire Donatus Angnuureng
Dr Angnuureng holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Cape Coast (2009), an MSc from the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin (2011), and a PhD in Environmental Physics from the University of Bordeaux, France (2016). He is a research fellow and team lead for Coastal Geomorphology and Engineering at the Africa Center of Excellence in Coastal Resilience, University of Cape Coast. A 2017 National Geographic Explorer, he is a member of the Ghana Science Association and Coastal Education and Research Foundation (CERF). Dr. Angnuureng is a reviewer for journals like Coastal Research and Advances in Space Research. His research on storm impacts, beach recovery, and sea level anomalies has attracted funding from National Geographic Society, TWAS, and the French Embassy-Ghana. He has published 10 papers and is passionate about training postgraduate students from three African countries.
