Anas Oubaha

Anas Oubaha is currently a PhD student at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, specifically at the International Water Research Institute (IWRI-UM6P). He has expertise in Data Science, AI and Statistics, and is currently working on the topic of Drought Management in Morocco with a main objective of developing a seasonal predictive model that will serve as a drought early warning system. The research interests are mainly meteorological and hydrological droughts. His recent peer-reviewed publications in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Hydrology and the International Journal of Climatology demonstrate his substantial contributions to the understanding of drought dynamics in Morocco and the broader Mediterranean region.
