Mr. Emmanuel Zeus Gapan is an Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer by profession specializing in Land and Water Resources Engineering. He finished his undergraduate degree last 2018 in the University of the Philippines Los Baños and is currently taking up his master’s degree in environmental science in the same institution. He is also working as a research associate in the UPLB Interdisciplinary Studies Center for Water where he works on research projects involving water resources assessment, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and climate change studies.
