Luis is an associate researcher at the Centre for Philosophical Investigations (CIF – Argentina), lecturer in ethics and theories of power at the University of Buenos Aires and Academic Coordinator of the Bioethics Programme at Flacso Argentina, where he participates in the Ethics, Climate Change and Health (ECCH) Mentorship Project, funded by the Fogarty International Center. The project aims to explore the equity of health responses to climate change health threats in Latin America. Additional research interests include the ethical, political and governance aspects of data health, with a particular focus on the ethics and governance of artificial intelligence in health.
