Oscar Calderón Bustamante
Oscar is a Computer Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Earth Sciences, specializing in the intersection of technology and climate science. As an Academic Technician at ICAyCC-UNAM, his core work focuses on the development and application of probabilistic integrated assessment models, designing key tools such as AIRCCA, AIRCC-Clim, and Climrisk to quantify the potential impacts of climate change. His expertise covers the full analysis cycle, from preprocessing climate data and numerical modeling to creating technical platforms for visualization and decision support. He currently collaborates on interdisciplinary projects that link climate science with society, contributing to architectural design and uncertainty analysis in climate risk assessments.
