Lasha Phutkaradze

Lasha leads the day-to-day running of the organisation’s finances, including financial planning, reporting, and supporting decision-making across the charity. He works closely with the senior management, programmes team, and wider staff to ensure financial processes run smoothly and that resources are managed effectively to support the organisation’s impact. Before joining Degrees, Lasha worked in finance roles across a range of organisations, building strong experience in financial management and business partnering. He is a qualified accountant and is particularly motivated by using finance to support purpose-driven work and contribute to meaningful global challenges.
